On-line orders - At present we can only offer domestic shipping. If you are overseas and wish to place an order, please contact us at 800-444-2989.
All on-line orders exceeding $300 receive a 20% discount.
All on-line orders exceeding $30 receive free shipping.
Wholesale orders - Orders may be placed by phone, fax or email through our Customer Service Department. To provide you with the most efficient service we ask that all orders be confirmed in writing to avoid any errors in communication. Our fax number 401-723-3036 is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for order confirmation. Please clarify style, quantity, color and special instructions pertaining to shipping, plating or special services.
Delivery Commitment:
On-line & Closeout products are usually shipped from our factory within 3 business days. Actual delivery times may vary based on the carrier’s transit time to your location.
Catalog products delivery times vary depending on the stock availability and manufacturing time. Please contact a Customer Service Representative for additional information.

On-line purchases: No minimum order value.
Chains – increments of 1 foot
Findings – 1 package minimum
Closeouts: No minimum order value.
Chains – 25 foot minimum
Findings – 1 gross minimum

Chains – 25-50 foot minimum depending on style, color and stock level

Currency Surcharge (catalog products only):
All our stones are purchased from Europe and Hord Crystal is required to pay a currency surcharge to our suppliers based on the value of the US dollar vs. the Euro, which Hord must pass on to our Catalog customers. The surcharge fluctuates from time to time so please check with Customer Service when placing an order to find out the current currency surcharge.
Payment terms:
On-line & Closeout purchases are credit card transactions at the time of purchase.
Domestic wholesale customers may apply for open account status by contacting Customer Service for a Credit Application. We also offer COD and credit card payments.
International customers are shipped prepaid on credit card, wire transfer or check in advance basis. All international shipments are Freight Collect.

Shipping charges determined by total weight of package based on carriers shipping rate chart.
Cancellations and Returns:
We reserve the right to charge a 25% cancellation fee for any order that has already been manufactured.
If you need to return a product, please contact Customer Service within 5 days of delivery for a return authorization number and include that number with your return package. Special orders may incur a 25% restocking fee.
We cannot accept returns on Closeout, plated items or products that you have altered by cutting, plating, gluing, soldering or via any other process.
Please notify us of any shortages within 3 days of the delivery date. Any shortages must be returned complete and in the original packaging.
Customers should never accept opened or damaged packages.
No Charge Sample Orders:
A wide variety of samples are available NO CHARGE. Make-to-order samples will be worked into our production schedule as quickly as possible.
Plating:
Online Items: Gold and Silver plating is provided for our online products for a modest additional charge.
Catalog & Closeout Items: Plating is not available for our Closeout or Catalogue products. We will gladly ship your order to a plater of your choice. We can provide a listing of platers in the Rhode Island area although we do not guarantee their workmanship. Hord Crystal is not responsible for any merchandise that is lost or damaged by a plater. Plated merchandise is non-returnable.
Customer Satisfaction Guaranteed:
Hord Crystal proudly guarantees the quality of its products and will repair or replace defective merchandise at no additional charge. Customers must inform Hord of any defects upon receipt of goods. Hord cannot be responsible for any defects determined to be caused by secondary operations, such as cutting, plating, soldering and gluing.
